Q: I’d like to order or replace a discontinued doorstyle. What should I do?

A: Unfortunately, once a doorstyle and finish color has been discontinued, Merillat no longer manufactures that cabinetry or its components. Our recommendation is that you visit a dealer in your area for additional assistance and advice. To find a dealer near you, use our Find a Dealer tool.

Q: How do I replace a broken or damaged hinge on my cabinet?

A: In order to replace the hinge, you will first need to gather the following information:

  • Name of Hinge Manufacturer
  • Model Name
  • Model Number
  • Left or Right Opening Hinge
  • Cabinetry product name on which the hinge is currently installed
    (ie. Merillat Masterpiece® Calais or Merillat Classic® Spring Valley)

The Manufacturer, Model Name and Model Number can be found printed or etched on the hinge. You may need to remove the hinge completely, as some manufacturers place this information in the hinge surface that is applied to the cabinet. Once you have compiled the above information, please contact the appropriate supplier.

Q: How do I replace roll-out tray drawer adapters and drawer guides?

A: We can send you replacements. Please locate the part number molded into the item. Email this number along with your complete name and address using our contact form.

Q: Can I buy cabinets online?

A: Currently, we only sell a limited number of accessories online. To purchase any of these, please visit our Shop section. Q: How much do your cabinets cost?

A: Please contact your local Merillat dealer for pricing information. None of our products (except those sold in our Shop section) are available direct. Please click here to locate a cabinet dealer. He or she will provide a price quote for the cabinetry of your choice. If you save your product preferences in an online workbook, you will be able to print a convenient list of products you are interested in. This will allow your dealer to help you in the most efficient manner.

Q: There are some minor scratches and nicks on my cabinets. How can I repair these?

A: For minor stain and finish touch-ups on your cabinets, we recommend our touch-up kits. You may purchase these in our Shop section. For repairing larger surface areas, please contact your local Merillat dealer. He or she can assist you with the purchase of larger quantities of stain/sealer.
