• Travel Channel’s John Ratzenberger’s Made in America Debuts Merillat Episode

  Merillat’s plant in Culpeper, Va. was featured on the Travel Channel’s John Ratzenberger’s Made in America. The show brings viewers the stories of the best people, places and products in the United States. The Merillat episode debuted on January 16, 2007, and documented the inner workings of the cabinetry assembly plant while depicting the Merillat culture and the sense of pride Merillat employees have for their jobs. Ratzenberger also got a lesson on the history of Merillat, including the company's humble beginnings with Orville Merillat.

• Merillat Featured on Today’s Homeowner Show with Danny Lipford

  Merillat has partnered once again with well-known home improvement guru, Danny Lipford, host of Today’s Homeowner. Merillat’s participation this time was on the show’s Today's Bath 2006: Practical Luxury project. The two-part series aired in November 2006 and followed the transformation of a cramped bathroom that has changed little in decades, into a master bath and closet/dressing area that perfectly balances indulgence and practicality.

  Merillat’s groundbreaking Model Behavior Research was featured in a four-page article in the April issue of Options Magazine. The article discussed phase II of the research and featured what new homebuyers most liked in the kitchen.
