Conversion Kit

Product Description

The conversion kit includes a new set of outside guides, adaptors, and a sheet of instructions regarding the removal of the old guides and the installation of the new units. They will replace the left and right plastic adaptors. The kit includes hardware for one drawer or sliding shelf. For 24" deep cabinets only. Available in white.

Note: Merillat discontinued the drawer slide brackets. The replacement guides in the conversion kit can be used as a substitute to these older slide brackets.

Perfect replacement

The plastic end on one of my slides broke after 30 years in a very heavy drawer. I went to my local 84 Lumber store and he found the conversion kit so I went home and ordered it online. Perfect fit and super easy to install.
Easy replacement

I have replaced 3 sets of 30 year old slides so far. It seems like any drawer that had weight in it, like a silverware drawer, at least one slides rear mount failed. These are easy to replace. Remove the drawer, take the screw out of the front of the old slide. Pop the rear mount out of the back and simply push the new slides rear mount back in the holes followed up by putting the screw back in the front and replacing the drawer. At most a 10-15 minute job. I'm very happy that these were made available.

It's exactly the same as the one I had before. It would have been even better if the product lasted longer.

Ordered replacement drawer rails for worn out drawer rails. Received 4 of the same parts that don't replace my worn out rails???

Product is fine--works as intended and easy install. I prefer the old bracket design which is reusable if removed from the cabinet--unlike this current barbed peg design, which breaks apart if removed from the mounting holes in the cabinet. But the main surprise was the almost ridiculous packaging. The pair of slides were just loose inside of a huge, empty box. No air pack, no bubble wrap, no crumpled paper--heck not even a rubber band to keep the two painted slides from banging into each other during transit. Which maybe would be fine if they were in a carton that was properly sized.

Perfect fit to existing pre drilled holes in my Merillat kitchen cabinets. Plastic rear clip pops right in and one or two screws to the front and that's it.
