Merillat Masterpiece®
Our semi-custom Merillat Masterpiece® combines premium materials and construction with the ultimate in design flexibility.
Premium features include thicker back and bottom panels, plus full-depth braces for I-beam stability.
Full-depth solid wood drawers feature dovetail construction and standard Blum Tandem Plus Full Extension Drawer Runners with Drawer Buffer System. Solid wood or laminate doors include six-way adjustable self-closing concealed hinges with limited lifetime warranty.
Masterpiece® cabinets include the widest range of organizational features and accessories.

Back Panel
3/8" thick laminated printed birch wood grain or white Melamine. 3/8" Plywood upgrade.
Bottom Panel
1/2" thick laminated printed birch wood grain or white Melamine with dado joints and adhesive. When the plywood upgrade option is selected, the base cabinet bottom will be plywood.
Braces
Full-depth I-beam - 1/2" engineered wood provide I-beam stability and strong anchor points for countertop. When plywood upgrade is selected, the I-Beam will be plywood.
Doors
3/4" solid hardwood or laminate doors. Clear pliable plug in bumpers dampen closure noise.
Drawer Construction
3/4" solid wood full-depth drawer with four-sided dovetail construction and 3/16" plywood bottom.
Drawer Front
3/4" solid hardwood or laminate drawer fronts.
Drawer Guide System
Our Blum Tandem Plus full extension drawer guide with 75lb load rating and standard soft closing drawer buffer system.
End Panels
Standard construction 1/2" side panels with wood grain printed laminate or White Melamine interior. Matching Cherry, Hickory, Ivory, Maple, Oak and White exterior. Plywood ends, all plywood construction, furniture plywood ends, and all plywood with furniture end panels are available upgrades.
Front Frame
3/4" solid wood adhesive and hardened steel fastener construction.
Hinges
Six-way adjustable self-closing concealed hinges come with a lifetime warranty.
Interiors
Standard construction has a natural birch printed woodgrain laminate. Upgrade options include matching interiors with laminate or veneer available or a natural birch veneer. All plywood construction optional.
Roll-out Trays
Optional on Masterpiece. Positioned at bottom of base cabinets, backs are pre-drilled to accommodate additional trays, rabitted construction, glued and stapled.
Wall Cabinet Shelves
3/4" thick laminated printed birch wood grain or white Melamine. 3/4" plywood upgrade available.
