Return Policy
Order Cancellations
If you have any questions regarding your online order please call us at 1-866-850-8557. Once your order has been processed for shipment it can longer be cancelled; it will need to be returned. Upon receipt of your package you can initiate your return by contacting Customer Care and following the steps outlined below.
Returns
Within 30 days of receipt of your online order, you may return any item in its original condition. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets this condition. Merillat can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Touch-up paints kits, and pens are not eligible for returns, all sales on these items are final.

Packaging Your Return
Please fill out the return information and include this packing slip with your return.
Guidelines for Proper Packaging:
Wrap items separately and securely
Use adequate cushioning material
Use a rigid carton
Apply strong tape designed for shipping (do not use string)
Attach a single address label with a clear and complete delivery and return address
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
