Utility Tray Kit is complete. Installation required above average skills. Small right-angle phillips-head screwdriver is a must for installation. May not be in everyone's toolbox.

The product is well made and opens easily. The tilt out tray kit comes with hinges for the cabinet - everything you need. Note, installation requires a stubby sized screw driver to fit into tight spaces. The instructions had perfect measurements for drilling the required holes. I can fit two different brushes and a sink stopper in the tray. Nice!
