Deluxe Base Deep Tray Kit

Product Description

Add a second tray for better storage and even more functionality in your kitchen. In your base cabinets, you can install one tray at the bottom of the cabinet and one in the center - these will keep you from getting on your knees looking for something in the back of the cabinet. Base Tray kits are for 24" deep base cabinets ONLY. Measurements listed are the width of the tray. To measure, open the cabinet door and measure the width of the cabinet opening to ensure proper fit. Note: The image above shows two deep tray kits. Sold as individual units. Reference the chart below to see which tray kit will work in your cabinet.

Perfect fit in my cabinets and super easy installation. The instructions provided were vague and useless though.

Great product. Fits my 10 year old Merrillat Classic cabinets perfectly. Super easy to install since all the necessary mounting holes were already in place. Second time purchasing some of these tray kits as I am in the process of changing all my stationary shelves to the pull out kind

We bought 7 deep trays to retrofit our full-height pantry cabinet.. Everything was sized accurately and looked good. Took about 2 hours to empty the pantry, remove the old adjustable shelves, install the rails and trays, and restock the pantry. Took about a half hour beforehand, though, to figure out how, because there were no instructions in the box. By process of elimination we were able to set half the hardware aside and just use the ones for use in adjustable shelf holes. Only minor complaint is that we came up short one custom screw and had to wait for a replacement to install the last tray. Suggest that they include a baker's dozen for the dozen needed per tray.

These base kits are easy to install and have made my daily dive into a deep cabinet a thing of the past.

Old drawer was broken. Much not have been genuine Merilat part. New drawer was easy to install and fit perfectly.

I like this product a lot. It is kind of self explanatory to install, but it would have been helpful to be given a couple of hints. The only installation instruction was a drawing on the plastic bag, and it helped, but I would have loved to have known that it is helpful to take the doors and hinges off of the base unit before starting... if it had to happen, it should have been done first..
there were other things like that which could have saved a 67 yo a few trips up and down on his knees and sides...
but the finished product is wonderful, works great and seems quality.

The product and quality are great. My criticism is that there are no instructions for installation. I peaked around and figured it out, but a 1/2 page insert would have gone a long way.

I was hoping when I measured and ordered the drawers everything would go smoothly. I opened the boxes and started installing the rail supports, then the rails, then the drawer . Everything was dead on perfect ,it went fast and works great thank you

The drawers were very easy to install and work very well with the predrilled holes in the cabinets. My delivery was prompt with all 6 drawers arriving in good shape.
