The part I ordered and received is just right.

We have Merillat cabinets, installed in 2002. Several of the rails have broken where they fit into the back of the cabinet. There is no indication that the newer version of cabinet rails is incompatible with the older version of rails remaining on the drawers. They don't match up.
It doesn't stop there. Once you sort out this incompatibility on your own and order new drawer rails, you will soon discover that the drawers' mounting methodology has also been changed. The result is a drawer than now drags along the stile below it. You can adjust the cabinet rails upward to alleviate some/much of the drag, but now your stacked drawer alignment is probably off.
What a mess. It ends up appears that Merrilat engineers are completely disconnected from the market and focused only on their production needs. With 10's of thousands of these installed, how could they overlook the customer lifetime value?

The conversion kits were shown as a replacement for those that we used 25 years ago when we first installed our Merillat cabinets. That's exactly what they were - perfect fit and easy to install.

These worked perfectly!

If you need both the left and right slide you have to buy them separately, at an astonishing price of $15 each, not including the base conversion kit, which mysteriously contains both sides. So to clarify: if you need all the pieces for one drawer you will have an order with 3 separate items: the right drawer guide, the left drawer guide, and the conversion kit (which actually is a pair) for a total of $45 + shipping (which is slow). I can't actually review this item on quality yet, because I mistakenly didn't order both sides and haven't been able to fix my drawer yet.

My old contractor installed the drawer wrong, and over time destroyed the left & right guides. These are the same guides as the originals. Now they are properly installed and work great!

Labeling this as 'Replacement Guides' (plural) and showing two parts in the product photo makes it look like you're getting both pieces. You're only getting the part that attaches to the drawer, not the matching part that attaches to the cabinet. $15 for that single is seriously overpriced.

No instructions included. FYI, the old brackets have a barbed post on the bottom and the top post has an ear on it. Bottom post pulls or pushes out and then the top one tips out. Either find a forked tool or access the rear so you can push and pull at the same time or you will damage the back of your cabinet.
New rails work great and are easily installed. Probably better than the originals. Cost seems high to me but it beats replacing the cabinets. The lady at merillat knew exactly what I needed. She was good.
Overall pleased just a little pricey.
