Standard Base Tray Kit (Roll-Out Tray)

Add a second tray for better storage and even more functionality in your kitchen.
In your base cabinets you can install one tray at the bottom of the cabinet and one in the center - these will keep you from crawling on your knees to look for something in the back of the cabinet.
The kit is simple to install and includes all necessary hardware.
Measurements listed are the width of the tray.
To measure, open the door and measure the width of the cabinet opening to ensure proper fit. Base Tray Kits are for Merillat Classic 24" Deep Base Cabinets ONLY. Note: Any cabinet over 27" with a center stile will need 2 trays ordered.

Perfect!

The original owners of our house installed Merillat cabinets with these trays in some of them. We absolutely love how easy these trays make it to access items in the cabinets. As it is sometimes difficult to get to the bottom shelves of the lower cabinets, after 10 years of living in this house we finally decided to see if we could find more of these to install. So, I found this website, took the measurements, and ordered them. Super simple process, and SO much cheaper than going through a local builder supply/lumber company!
Shipping took a little while, but it was worth the wait - the install was so fast and so easy, I couldn't believe it! Within about 20 minutes, we had 5 of these trays unpacked and installed. The cabinets were already prepped with the holes at the back of the cabinets and the pilot holes for the screws at the front. I can't believe we waited 10 years to do this!

We finally got our tray kits. I had to change the door hinges for the trays to fit the cabinets, but after that they were easy to install and are working great.

Delivery took two weeks with no tracking info. We are pleased with the quality and ease of installation which was so easy even though no instructions were provided. The proper holes were already in the back of the cabinet. No screws were provided, but we had some that worked. Hint: we removed the center stlie from the face frame and then had greater access and fewer roll outs. A small adjustment of the hinges made the center stile unnecessary.

Ordered these trays weeks ago. Customer service told me 1 shipping date, the website showed a different date. Customer service told me the carrier, called the carrier and they did not have my order.If I had received them, I might be able to review them.
Easy To Install

I was very pleased at how easy it was to install the base trays in our Merillat base cabinets. The product was received undamaged with all the parts required. My wife is throughly enjoying the addition.

This is the second set of base trays we have ordered. The first set installed easily. The trays fit well and are just the solution to being able to reach the back of low cabinets. This set, however, was missing one bag of brackets and screws. Luckily we had a spare bag or we would not have been able to install all 6 trays. Also, this time the screws were very difficult to drive into the plastic brackets. This made for a very tedious install.
They were perfect!

Damage

Box was damaged, rail was bent, If there was something attached to the two small screw, it was missing. Not sure if there was supposed to be instructions.
Looks like from the reviews it is an ongoing problem which I would attribute to your carrier.
