Standard Base Tray Kit (Roll-Out Tray)

Product Description

Add a second tray for better storage and even more functionality in your kitchen.
In your base cabinets you can install one tray at the bottom of the cabinet and one in the center - these will keep you from crawling on your knees to look for something in the back of the cabinet.
The kit is simple to install and includes all necessary hardware.
Measurements listed are the width of the tray.
To measure, open the door and measure the width of the cabinet opening to ensure proper fit. Base Tray Kits are for Merillat Classic 24" Deep Base Cabinets ONLY. Note: Any cabinet over 27" with a center stile will need 2 trays ordered.

drawer size selection chart does not match cabinets

Base tray kit looks very nice and seems to be good quality construction. However, the base trays ($500+ order) I received were all too wide. The next closest size in the order list was more than 2 inches larger/smaller. The trays I received were all 1/4 inch wider than the old trays!! Although the tray would fit into the cabinet opening, there was no room for the tray hardware. I had to use a woodworking tools to notch out 1/8 inch slots so the hardware would fit. I do not recommend ordering these trays unless you are prepared to perform carpentry on your cabinets to make the trays fit.
Be very careful with your measurements!

I wanted to add a drawer to my existing Merillat kitchen cabinet and the drawer width (14.75") was exactly right for the opening. However the hardware adds enough width that the drawing won't fit in the track. The new drawer is built 1/4" wider than the previous drawer for some reason so doesn't work with circa 1988-90 cabinets. I am very disappointed, and out $70 as well. Both the drawer and the hardware seem to be solidly made, however.
