Standard Base Tray Kit (Roll-Out Tray)

Add a second tray for better storage and even more functionality in your kitchen.
In your base cabinets you can install one tray at the bottom of the cabinet and one in the center - these will keep you from crawling on your knees to look for something in the back of the cabinet.
The kit is simple to install and includes all necessary hardware.
Measurements listed are the width of the tray.
To measure, open the door and measure the width of the cabinet opening to ensure proper fit. Base Tray Kits are for Merillat Classic 24" Deep Base Cabinets ONLY. Note: Any cabinet over 27" with a center stile will need 2 trays ordered.

Easy to install

I installed these roll out trays in minutes. They work great. My only complaint is that for 2 orders I have placed I had to wait for appropriate parts to be shipped that did not arrive with the trays. Customer serivice was very helpful.

We bought trays for the bottom of our cabinets. Our cabinets came with an upper roll-out tray. The new trays match the cabinet, are very sturdy, and super easy to install. The cabinets have pre-drilled holes, so no measuring, drill, or even much thought needed.

I think it might be helpful to know that the fronts of the runners might need to be screwed into the pre-drilled holes that are one hole higher than the holes you place them into at the back of the cabinets. I had eight of these installed and they seemed fine until they were loaded. They wouldn't slide well and actually took paint off the cabinet base at the front. Install one, load it, and then see if it slides freely before installing any further sliding shelves.

I had a very hard time getting good information from Merrilat's staff and the local dealer never returned my call. I had to cut 1/8 inch off to get the slide out to fit. Lack of information was frustrating

This was one of the easiest projects I have ever done
