The conversion kit includes a new set of outside guides, adaptors, and a sheet of instructions regarding the removal of the old guides and the installation of the new units. They will replace the left and right plastic adaptors. The kit includes hardware for one drawer or sliding shelf. For 24" deep cabinets only. Available in white.

Note: Merillat discontinued the drawer slide brackets. The replacement guides in the conversion kit can be used as a substitute to these older slide brackets.

Perfect Fit!

I ordered 3 sets of Conversion Kits to repair failing 17 year old cabinets, as advised by Customer Service. The Conversion Kits fit perfectly. All cabinets back in service.

Was pricey when you add in shipping. Wish I could still just order holders. Good quality product though. Many people must need replacements for the cabinets. Please go back to plastic brackets only.

$15 for two plastic brackets and two metal rails. PLUS $10 shipping. $25 is BS!!! Didn't even send the little screws to secure them. Can't find them ANYWHERE locally. Had to special order. Yes, they fit exactly where the old ones were, they were however the wrong length DESPITE the fact they had stated it was the conversion kit for the previous model. How long until this one is discontinued? Got the job done, however shipping almost doubled the cost, I had to do some finagling to get the replacement brackets to fit in the cabinet and it took over 2 weeks to get the product. WILL NOT be buying Merillat again anytime soon

My cabinets were put in my house when it was built in 1992. The plastic bracket that held the arm for the sliding drawer broke and I was unable to get just that piece replaced. I was able to find this conversion kit and it fit perfectly into the holes in the back of the cabinet where the old bracket was and the screw in the front of the cabinet lined up exactly the same. Took me about 5 minutes to have my sliding drawer back in place and working. The only thing I don't like was that I could only get this in white when the arms on the drawer are brown, just looks a little funny, but you only see it when you slide the drawer out so I can live with it.

After reading others comments - these are less of a conversion kit and more of a fix for a known design flaw. A simple shelf with only light plastic items on it should not cause a bracket failure. And I, like others had several of them break with no heavy weight on the shelf.

Instructions were not included as noted in the product description - but were immediately supplied via e-mail after I called and requested them. Warning to others - without the instructions, removal of the old bracket may result in you damaging the back of your cabinet. It is not complex - it is just an understanding of the proper way to remove them. Other than that - the product was a simple replacement and corrected the failure of the original slide bracket. The new design does appear to eliminate the old flaw. Time will tell.

Worked great to replace an old drawer runner. The cabinets I have are 35 years old and several of the drawers were broken. I ordered these replacement drawer runners and they worked as advertised to replace the existing one.

The replacement part worked great, however, its kind of ridiculous that you have to buy the complete bar now when you used to be able to buy the plastic part that failed (which is still plastic). Nothing else came with the bar... no new screws, no instructions, just the bar. Easy to install, just put it right back in the same places.

I ordered these replacement conversion brackets and installed them with no problem whatsoever. They work perfectly, but we will see how long they last. The previous plastic parts broke after about 10 years. Will these do the same?

Drawer out of whack due to broken drawer guide and this part replaced the 30 yr old guide perfectly.
