Conversion Kit - Standard Kitchen Base Cabinet

Product Description

The conversion kit includes a new set of outside guides, adaptors, and a sheet of instructions regarding the removal of the old guides and the installation of the new units. They will replace the left and right plastic adaptors. The kit includes hardware for one drawer or sliding shelf. For 24" deep cabinets only. Available in white.

Note: Merillat discontinued the drawer slide brackets. The replacement guides in the conversion kit can be used as a substitute to these older slide brackets.

Prompt delivery and perfect replacement

While this product does exactly what it is supposed to do, I really only needed the plastic clips. My old rails were in perfect shape, the clips had broken. Couldn't purchase just new clips.

Kit came without instructions so I called and they were emailed to me. wish they were send with the kit. Parts went in well and seem to work fine.

The new brackets worked well, but came with no instructions. The shipping package was not very secure. The plastic end caps had come off some of the brackets, and some brackets had bent ends that had to be bent back into shape. If done better, these new brackets work fine otherwise.
Better Than Original

I was worried, I've had my kitchen for about 25 years. However, the new conversion kit fit perfectly and the drawer slides easier than it ever did. Thank you!

The hardest part was removing the old part that had a plastic clip . Once I removed that part installing the new part was very quick (under two minutes).

this product was clearly one of the easiest to install items i have ever done. all the parts were in the kit and most were pre-assembled.

The product looks fine but what I really need are instructions for removing the original bracket as the bottom of it broke thereby having the tray collapse.
Am sure this replacement will work fine if I could get it into place. Would be nice if there were some instructions in the package.

I will give the manufacturer credit for innovation. That is a great design. Easy to install. I would have given 5 stars except for the high overall cost (with shipping) and the fact that there were no instructions included in the kit. The instructions could have dealt with how to disassemble the old broken part from the back of the cabinet without damaging the mounting holes that you will need to install the new part. For $26.00 you should be able to include a 1 page instruction sheet.
