Standard Base Tray Kit (Roll-Out Tray)

Add a second tray for better storage and even more functionality in your kitchen.
In your base cabinets you can install one tray at the bottom of the cabinet and one in the center - these will keep you from crawling on your knees to look for something in the back of the cabinet.
The kit is simple to install and includes all necessary hardware.
Measurements listed are the width of the tray.
To measure, open the door and measure the width of the cabinet opening to ensure proper fit. Base Tray Kits are for Merillat Classic 24" Deep Base Cabinets ONLY. Note: Any cabinet over 27" with a center stile will need 2 trays ordered.

Almost perfect

I recently ordered 4 more rolling trays, after getting 1 to see how the installation would go (very well, it turns out). The 4 arrived and all went as anticipated except that 2 of the trays came without the screws needed to attach the rails to the front frame of the cabinet. Having lots of old screws tucked away in the garage, that hurdle was easily overcome. One of the rails also came slightly bent at the back end...easily bent to the correct angle. Overall, however, nothing insurmountable, and the trays look great and are working well.

As it became harder to get down low to get things out of the bottom back of lower cabinets, we decided to put in a rolling shelf. Our cabinets are pretty old, and I had to chisel off 1/16" or less from the front frame to get the guides to fit the new tray. I did not know that Merrilat had pre-drilled all the required holes (in the back panel and front frame) and that was a life-saver. Couldn't have done the install without that predrilling. The front corner of the tray's wood facing had a slight ding to it, but no biggee. Will be ordering 4 more.

I recently moved to Florida and bought a house built in 2000. It has Merillat kitchen cabinets similar to the ones I had in Arizona. I wanted pull out trays in every cabinet like I had in AZ to make it easier for my wife to get to things. I ordered the trays on-line. I was surprised at how low the shipping costs were. They arrived in a week and I installed them the same day in less than thirty minutes. It couldn't have taken more than two minutes per tray. They worked perfectly. Think about it. Pull out trays bought today and installed without any issues in cabinets almost twenty years old. Great job, Merillat!.

Received 5 pull-out trays in 2 sizes. I unboxed each one as I installed them. The first 4 were great and installed/functioned very well. Then there comes the last one. This tray was either returned or damaged in manufacturing. The side wood support was cracked through and the bottom tray press-board had been broken and glued back together. This unit had to go through quality control and was passed. This concerns me about the person who inspected this product and the quality system for this company. I have pictures to prove how bad this released unit was. No way this should have been sold as a new product.
I would have given a very high review if we were only talking about the first 4 units. Unfortunately the last one was so bad and is the one you remember the most.

Our builder installed Merillat cabinets, with pull-out trays in certain locations. We needed more, and it was so simple to purchase them on this site. It was easy to determine exactly which trays to buy. They match our originally installed trays perfectly, and they make such a difference.

This morning, after installing the new, additional trays, my wife's comment was: "I LOVE my kitchen!" I do, too!

This product is very easy to install, however there were no instructions. Instructions should be included because this product is also used for pantry drawers too but is installed differently.

My initial order arrived damaged due to poor packing and also missing hardware, specifically the two small screws that attach the front of the track to the cabinet door frame. The first tray came with the screws, but the second two trays did not. The reorder of the larger tray arrived with a paint chipped and rusted front track bracket, where you can see it every time you open the door. It also arrived with the two attachment screws!

Merillat needs a lot of help with their Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams - if they have them,
